Shipping policy

Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy": We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible.

If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged.

We use UPS for our shipping service. Shipments can take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (many of our products ship from our store in Birmingham, AL).

Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:

1. "Availability". We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible. If the product you request is in stock in our store, we will ship it within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we have to order your product from one of our suppliers, it could take a week or longer depending on the supplier’s availability and shipping.

2. The method of delivery - our shipping method is UPS Ground. Deliveries can take up to one week. If you need your product sooner, please inform  our sale team and they will get you a quote for overnight or 2-day shipping.

Shipping is handled from Monday through Friday.

Calculating Cost

We do not profit from shipping. Should you request Rush shipping, or if we're shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and the size of the packaging we ship in.
