Throughout October, we’re celebrating Inktober by encouraging artists of all experience levels to create, experiment, and share what they make.
And you could win a $100 Alabama Art Supply Shopping Spree!
How to Enter
Create an original artwork using markers, pens or ink.
Post a photo of your artwork on Facebook or Instagram, tag Alabama Art Supply, and include: #AASInktober2026
Each different artwork you post gives you one entry in our random drawing.
One artwork = one entry.
Limit one entry per person per day.
The challenge begins October 5, 2026 and continues through October 31, 2026, so you can earn up to 27 entries.
No Judging. Just Make Art!
This isn't an art competition. You don't have to be a professional artist, and we're not choosing the “best” artwork.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Draw every day, experiment with a new pen, try alcohol markers, play with acrylic ink, fill a sketchbook page—or just make something because you feel like making something.
Every artist is welcome.
The Prize
One randomly selected winner will receive a: $100 Shopping Spree at Alabama Art Supply
The prize will be awarded as a $100 merchandise award from Alabama Art Supply and has no cash value.
Official Contest Details
Promotion period: October 5–31, 2026.
Eligibility: Open to eligible participants in the United States. Employees of Alabama Art Supply and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.
How to enter: Create an original artwork using markers, pens, ink, or a combination of these media. Post a photograph of the artwork to Facebook or Instagram during the promotion period, tag Alabama Art Supply, and include #AASInktober2026. The post must be visible to Alabama Art Supply for the entry to be verified.
Entry limit: One entry per person per calendar day. Each entry must feature a different original artwork. A maximum of 27 entries per person may be earned during the promotion period.
Winner selection: One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Artistic quality, skill, popularity, likes, comments, or shares will not affect the drawing.
Winner Photo: By entering, participants agree that, if selected as the winner, Alabama Art Supply may photograph them when they redeem their prize in the store and may use that photograph to announce and promote the winner of the AAS Inktober Challenge on Alabama Art Supply’s website, social media, email, and other promotional materials, without additional compensation.
Prize: The winner will receive a $100 merchandise award redeemable at Alabama Art Supply. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
Winner notification: The winner will be contacted through the social-media account used to submit the winning entry. We will never ask for credit-card or payment information to claim the prize.
Artwork: By entering, participants confirm that the submitted artwork is their own original work. Alabama Art Supply may ask permission to share submitted artwork on its social-media channels or other promotional platforms. Entering does not transfer ownership of the artwork to Alabama Art Supply.
