*Unless noted our workshops are for beginners and experienced artist. The experienced artist will gain new insights adding to their knowledge base while the beginner will leave with enough skill to complete a new project.

Call Alabama Art at 322-4741 to reserve your spot . A $25.00 non-refundable deposit ( Cash, Check or Credit Card Please Note: Credit cards will be ran same day they are received ) is required to reserve your spot. The deposit will be refunded or moved to another workshop only if the workshop doesn’t make. Be prepared to give the workshop teacher a Check or Cash for the remaining balance ( Cost of class less deposit amount) Make checks for balance out to the teacher.

Workshop Guest:

Time/ Workshops begin at 10 AM and end at 4 PM unless noted differently on class information. Note: The store will be opened early at 9:30 for workshop guest who need to get last minute items.

Parking/ Please park on the street due to the length of workshops. There is additional parking on Magnolia Ave. This will give you a quicker access to class room. You may enter the class from the 2229 Magnolia entrance. Thank You

Lunch/ Lunches vary by teacher. Many students bring a sack lunch to keep from leaving the store location. We have a refrigerator and microwave for your use. We provide coffee and have drinks that you may purchase for .50. There are a few fast food locations in the area also.

Also you will need to have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements loaded on your Laptop. If you use a trial version make sure your trial 30 days will include the class date. Photoshop Elements can be found at most office supply and electronics stores form $79 to $99.

Note: Anita will be using Elements 10 for all on screen demos. Students should already have a working knowledge of their laptop and operating system.

Join Cynthia Parsons as she instructs in Watercolor/Acrylics/Oils. Beginners are Welcome. Advanced students bring your work in progress and Cynthia will help you with any problems as she shares valuable technics. Cost is $40.00 per session.

Troy Crisswell ~ Oil / Acrylic & Watercolor instruction

Bring your own basic painting supplies and join the Monday group. Crisswell will be on hand for demonstrating process, giving assistance and teaching techniques in a fun, relaxed & creative atmosphere You may work with Crisswell to develop an idea to begin a new painting or you may bring your own paintings if you have questions and he can offer help & ideas in any painting medium. Cost Per Session $25.00 for a limited time
